At Stout’s Coffee, we believe that the hardest workers deserve the best fuel. We didn't just open a coffee shop; we built a dedicated space for the early risers, the late-shifters, and the South Texas tradesmen who keep our community running.

From the Firehouse to Main Street.

Founded by Collin "Stout" Stoutamire, our journey began in the firehouse. As a Firefighter, Paramedic, and Air Force Pararescueman, Collin learned that a steaming cup of coffee was more than just caffeine—it was a lifeline. In the harshest environments, from mountains to deserts, coffee was a source of morale and a reminder that teamwork and a positive spirit could prevail.

We brought that same spirit of service back home to Lytle. We partner with local legends like What’s Brewing Roasting Company (est. 1979) to ensure that the coffee in your cup is as resilient and high-quality as the people we serve.
